THE Council of Voluntary Social Services, a national umbrella organisation for the volunteer movement in Jamaica, on Monday presented awards to Novlet Green-Deans, Earl Jarrett, Dr Polly Bowes-Howell, Nicole Nation and Kelly Tomblin for their outstanding service to the community. The presentations took place during the CVSS’ Volunteer Awards Ceremony at the Pegasus Hotel in St Andrew.
