Some 850 homeless and disadvantaged people received care packages, clothing, a hot breakfast and lunch, medical assessment and edutainment on various health and social issues on Saturday, December 1 when the Council of Voluntary Social Services organised the 13th annual ‘Day of Care’ at St William Grant Park in downtown Kingston.
