Gary Craig Hendrickson, more popularly called “Butch”, serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Continental Baking Company Ltd. and Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in St. Lucia. He is the current Chairman of the board at the EXIM Bank, is a Vice President of Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ), and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ), Rainforest Seafoods and Stationery & Office Supplies Ltd. He also sits on the The Kings House Foundation and serves as President of the Council of Voluntary Social Services (CVSS). He is a past Director of Desnoes & Geddes Ltd. and Kingston Wharves Ltd.

Mr. Hendrickson attended Miami Military Academy and Fordham University and has been a member of the American Society of Bakery Engineers for 30 years.

Continental Baking Company is a leading provider of baked goods such as bread, buns, crackers and snacks in Jamaica and is most popularly known for its brands National, HTB and HoMade. The Butch Hendrickson led company provides employment for over 800 persons in Jamaica. He also operates the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in St Lucia – an all-inclusive, 290-room hotel employing over 400 persons.

Mr. Hendrickson actively participates in programmes focused on early childhood education and local manufacturing in Jamaica and is a major contributor to charities such as Mustard Seed Communities, Laws Street Trade Training Centre, Food for the Poor and St. Patrick’s Foundation amongst many others.

Chief executive officer (CEO) of JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation, Kim Mair, has dedicated almost two decades of her career to philanthropy.  She has brought her expertise in fundraising, donor relations, event planning, administrative and fiscal management to her role as CEO of the Foundation; whose mandate is centred on demonstrating JMMB Group’s vision of love to positively impact the lives of individuals and nation-building by supporting educational, transformational and entrepreneurial initiatives.

Before joining the JMMB Group family in 2013, Mair served as the general manager of American Chamber of Commerce of Jamaica (AMCHAM) where she had responsibility for the management and implementation of information and networking opportunities, which would positively impact members’ business operations in Jamaica and the global environment. In addition, she has held key roles at Jamaica Cancer Society and Food for the Poor, where she brought her passion for service to others to the fore. Prior to leading a career dedicated to service, Kim was a brand manager at the then Estate Distributors – Wray and Nephew Group.

She is the holder of a Bachelor of Science degree from University of South Florida, where Kim was an active student leader as evidenced by the top awards she copped. She also boasts a number of professional certification.

Her philanthropic contribution extends beyond the JMMB Group with Kim serving as vice chairman of the Council of Voluntary Social Service and member of the board of United Way of Jamaica.

Kerry Scott is a real estate specialist with over 20 years’ experience in property, REIT, development and project management services for real estate holdings in Jamaica, the UK, Cayman Islands and the USA.  Another of his key roles is planning and implementing minor and major projects, ensuring compliance to real estate statutory requirements and overseeing acquisition and sale of properties.  

Mr Scott gained the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Pebble Hills University, USA and is a Chartered Business Administrator (CBA), Canada chapter.  He is a licensed real estate agent and is certified in Project Management, Professional Evaluation and Certification, Occupational Safety and Health in the Workplace and Debt Collection.  He holds an advanced paralegal certificate from the Paralegal Training Institute, where he currently lectures Financial Law and Accounting.  Mr. Scott is a Justice of the Peace for Jamaica, with a Justice Training Certificate from the Justice Training Institute (a department of the Ministry of Justice).  He was trained in Land Registration and Conveyancing from the National Land Agency (“NLA”).

He is the Honorary Treasurer of Jamaica Cricket Association (“JCA”), Club Captain of Kingston Cricket Club and Vice Chairman of The Council of Voluntary Social Services (“CVSS”); Member of the Cricket West Indies (“CWI”) Finance, Audit and Risk Committee; Chairman of The Jamaica Cricket Umpires Association East Zone; a member of Jamaica Occupational Health and Safety Professionals Association and Company Secretary for the Social Transformation and Renewal Foundation Limited.

He is former Chairman of the Building Societies Co-op Credit Union Marketing Committee and Treasurer of the Portmore Cricket Association. He is also a former lecturer of ACCA Level 1 at the Caribbean Institute of Business.

Active in the community, Kerry Scott is Coordinator of the Cumberland Community Golden Age Club.  He is a former Staff Director of the Jamaica National Group Limited Board.  Kerry is married with 3 children.
